About Soren Sepstrup Lonkvist, CEO & Founder, M.Sc.
Soren Sepstrup Lonkvist has a vast international leadership experience from having worked as the CEO of GE Capital, as President & CEO of the management company PI-Europe, and from providing consulting in accelerating company strategies, performing leadership/management workshops and training for companies such as A.P. Moller-Maersk, IBM, Deloitte, Grundfos, Ferring, Nestlé, Andritz, Maersk Oil & Gas, Teekay, The Danish Gambling Company (Danske Spil A/S), Amgen, Andritz AG, Andritz Feed & Biofuel, Andritz Metal, Andritz Hydro, TenCate, Yinson Production, New Look (retail) and many more.
Soren has trained more than 4,000 executives in different leadership disciplines. At GE Capital he practiced the GAP Change model in a cross-cultural and international business environment. He has also spent time with Professor John P. Kotter, studying his work.

About Brian Petersen, Vice President and Head of Acceptance Consumer.
Brian spent 20 years at Procter & Gamble, building brands and organizations across the world. He started in Marketing and Sales, where he covered Europe, Middle East and Africa through positions in the UK, Sweden, Germany, Morocco and Switzerland. He was then promoted to General Manager in China, where he also led R&D and Production. In 2007, he became CEO of Copenhagen Airports in his native Denmark, including responsibility for their investments in airports across UK, Mexico and China. Since 2011, he has been a non-executive board member for global companies such as Coloplast, Bang & Olufsen, VisitDenmark, Egmont Publishing and ALK allergy immunization. In addition, Brian has been a consultant and certified Coach for companies such as Carlsberg, Nestle, Coop and Apcoa on subjects such as strategy execution, leadership team productivity, organizational structure, company and national cultures and personal leadership mastery.
Brian’s track record of market share growth has been driven by his focus on building efficient organizations and productive teams, allowing for superior execution of the strategy. He has extensive experience with innovation, global organizations, matrix structures, emerging markets, brand building, digital disruption and strategy development and deployment.

MD graduated from the Bialystok Medical University Poland in 1997. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in business adaptation to changing environment leading to transformation for profitable growth, organization’s development, building corporate brands and high performance teams. His experience has included strategy acceleration programs, organization efficiency, change management, leadership development in global and international company transformation initiatives and projects. He has led diversified cross functional teams and the whole affiliates in leading international companies: Bristol-Myers Squibb (USA); Schering Plough (USA); Ferring (Switzerland), Amgen (USA).
Over nearly 20 years he has build experience in professional healthcare education, scientific communication, launching new products, managing mature portfolio, healthcare economics, market access in both hospital and retail markets in such therapeutic areas like: HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B and C, neuropsychiatry, cardiology, nephrology, pediatrics, oncology, hematology, palliative care, ageing people diseases, intensive care medicine.
About Peter S Linnemann, VP and Head of Transportation & Logistics
Peter S. Linnemann has more than 30 years of international shipping, transportation & logistics experience.
While working with the Danish based conglomerate A.P. Moller – Maersk, he was posted in Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, Thailand and The Netherlands.
His positions included Deputy Head of Corporate Human Resources for the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group, Country Manager, Area CEO and Group Senior Vice President. He sat on the Liner Management Board for Maersk Line, the largest container liner company in the world, when he was responsible for People and Culture for Maersk Line globally.
While with A.P. Moller – Maersk he worked for 2 Years as Global Head of Human Resources for Maersk Oil with the main focus on establishing a strong HR function globally to support the rapid growth and establish a stronger customer and people development focus in the leadership team. He has spent more than 15 years at C-level in a combination of business and Human Resources Management.
Most recently, Peter worked for a venture company in Singapore, C-Leanship as the Global COO and part of the Management Board. Prior to this he has been involved in transformation and optimisation projects for a number of companies in Denmark and abroad, including a large organisational transformation project for a shipping and logistics conglomerate in the Middle East.
Peter has over the years had a number of board positions, among others, Maersk Logistics International as well as joint ventures, dealing with multiple stakeholders including Government relations.
Peter holds a MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland and a Bachelor in Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
Wendy is an exceptional, experienced and successful HR leader, working at the highest corporate levels in major businesses. She has an outstanding track record of delivery in challenging and complex Human Resources initiatives, globally. She led the integration of Universal Studios into NBC, the American broadcaster, throughout Europe, involving sixteen countries and navigating through differing legislative environments; together with leading the significant reorganization of GE Capital IT Solutions within the UK and launching of Al Jazeera, the English Language Channel, in Kuala Lumpur, Qatar, United Kingdom and the United States. She also defined the HR proposition for acquisition and outsourcing of a major insurer within the UK by TATA Consulting Services. Wendy is a master in developing and coaching Leadership Teams and Board Executives in High Performing Behaviors and People Strategies.
