We are very happy to announce Brian Petersen as new Vice President of Acceptance and Head of our new branch organisation: Acceptance Consumer. Brian is hand-picked to lead our new consumer branch, given his 28 years of global experience across consumer goods, services and retail. He has been brought in to provide industry-specific expertise for our existing and new consumer clients, helping them achieve sustainable growth through superior strategy execution.

About Brian Petersen

Brian spent 20 years at Procter & Gamble, building brands and organizations across the world. He started in Marketing and Sales, where he covered Europe, Middle East and Africa through positions in the UK, Sweden, Germany, Morocco and Switzerland. He was then promoted to General Manager in China, where he also led R&D and Production. In 2007, he became CEO of Copenhagen Airports in his native Denmark, including responsibility for their investments in airports across UK, Mexico and China. Since 2011, he has been non-executive board member for global companies such as Coloplast, Bang & Olufsen, VisitDenmark, Egmont Publishing and ALK allergy immunization. In addition, Brian has been a consultant and certified Coach for companies such as Carlsberg, Nestle, Coop and Apcoa on subjects such as strategy execution, leadership team productivity, organizational structure, company and national cultures and personal leadership mastery.

Brian’s track record of market share growth has been driven by his focus on building efficient organizations and productive teams, allowing for superior execution of the strategy. He has extensive experience with innovation, global organizations, matrix structures, emerging markets, brand building, digital disruption and strategy development and deployment.

Brian has an MBA from UCLA’s Graduate School of Management and is a certified ICF coach.
